Trevor is a character I find a little challenging to write about, so at one point I sat down and made a list of his character traits in an effort to get a better handle on him. Here's the list I ended up with!

• sweary
• direct
• working-class; in this respect, he and Annie contrast with the largely middle-class makeup of the drama society
• lives in a layby in two thirds of a caravan, according to the Christmas Carol Goes Wrong programme
• not especially sociable
• awkward in the spotlight, but has become a little more willing to appear on stage over time
• can be irritable and is prepared to stand up for himself, but will sometimes let things slide to avoid hassle or causing a scene
• works extremely hard to keep things going smoothly
• however, takes the success of the plays less seriously than most of the actors (Max excepted) and might sometimes play around a little in his role or find issues more entertaining than distressing
• a little reckless (in particular, drives like a maniac), but probably doesn't think of himself as reckless
• passionate about music, specifically and perhaps exclusively Duran Duran
• claims not to be into theatre, and yet he's still here, isn't he?

I'm probably missing some essential character qualities, but this is what comes to mind when I think of Trevor.

A lot of these traits come specifically from the Play That Goes Wrong and Christmas Carol Goes Wrong stage plays, rather than The Goes Wrong Show! If you're a Trevor fan and you haven't seen The Play That Goes Wrong yet, I'd definitely recommend going if you can; I think it helped me form a much stronger idea of his character.
